Green Revolution Electric LLC owner James Newman has more than 20
years of
electrical experience, including commercial solar work with his father,
also an
electrician, and two years as electrician foreman of a residential solar
company.
A Hunterdon County native who began working in his dad’s
business while
in high school, James went on to college and then to his true calling,
electrician
school. He established Green Revolution Electric LLC in 2012.

Certifications
James Newman is a New Jersey licensed electrical contractor, aka
master electrician. He is certified by the U.S. Department of Labor as a
journeyman electrician, which requires four years of electrician school plus a
minimum four years of field training.
The Green Revolution Electric LLC staff consists of journeyman
electricians and several apprentices.
James holds OSHA 30 certification; Green Revolution technicians
are OSHA 10 certified.
James is also certified in solar voltaics through the North
American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
